Appmaker– A drag-and-drop mobile app developer. Currently in beta stage.
Hiro– An online notepad that syncs across your devices
WP Test– A place to test WordPress plugins and themes
UICloud– A database of user interface elements.
DiagnosticCSS– A simple way to detect invaild HTML markup.
Formstone– jQuery plugins for interface structure and customization.
And one that’s a little bit funny but I’m sure plenty of designers can relate to and probably use to convince some clients.
NoJPEG– a fun way to explain to your clients why jpegs are the wrong file format for logos.
And a whole lot more including a lot of free fonts.
